Many people are expressing a big desire to book a Season 4 holiday and are concerned about not getting the holiday date they want, but considering COVID-19, are quite rightly cautious.
To add to their concerns, travel insurance companies are no longer offering cover for COVID-19 for anyone who takes insurance out since the FCO declared only essential travel was advised.
We want to alleviate your concerns by offering anyone booking from 20th March 2020 onwards some security. Our deposit is normally non-refundable and can only be moved if in the same season, and holidays are to be paid in full 60 days before your holiday with us.
Considering these unique circumstances, we would like to offer all guests looking to book the following added security:-
- Any deposit taken from 20th March 2020 till 20th March 2021 is refundable or can be rebooked to a future date, if the holiday can’t go ahead due to COVID-19.
- Holidays booked after the 20th March 2020 till 20th March 2021 where cancellation is due to COVID-19, can be moved in season or to the next season (i.e. booked for season 4, but can’t go ahead due to COVID-19, can be moved to season 5)
